The house is heated electrically with underfloor heating and a radiator in the bathroom. The kitchen has a 4-ring induction hob, an oven with microwave function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the guest room. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, and new bathroom furniture.

On the left is the living room, next to it a small room for 1 person. Next is the kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom is located on the right side of the house.
The garden
The tiny house has a 500 square meter garden.
Parking is available on the property.
The location
With one foot in Vienna
Located on the outskirts of Vienna in Gerasdorf bei Wien (200 meters from the city limits).
In a quiet location, surrounded by single-family homes. The U1 Leopoldau station is within walking distance (15-20 minutes).
There is also a bus stop nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Stephansplatz by public transportation from Leopoldau.
The Gerasdorf swimming pond is only 1.8 km away. Supermarkets are available, and a small bakery is only a 2-minute walk away, offering delicious rolls and bread.
